A great building on a poor plot will always be a compromise — we begin each project by spending months studying the land, the light, the neighbourhood, and the civic life it will join — if the land isn't right, nothing else will be

Our timelines reflect the specification of the work — quality stone, bespoke joinery, structural detailing that exceeds code — we do not rush what will stand for decades
The family, not the unit
Every floor plan is reviewed against a simple question: where will this family actually live? We design around real rituals — where light falls at breakfast, where a child studies, where grandparents can sit — not around saleable square feet
